My son noticed what looks like Redback spiders setting up web nests around the outside furniture. But on closer inspection it’s a curious spider that sets up a home in identical fashion to Redback spiders. But to my surprise a Praying Mantis is attacked by what looks like a Brown House Spider. Anyway all this happened very quickly and it just shows how a spider can capture a Praying Mantis. The spider thats set up all the Redback styled webs is a Grey House Spider. And from what I can see these spiders keep the Redback spiders away.

Anyway It was nice not finding any Redbacks, but we can take a look at Bindi the Redback spider who’s the last remaining Redback spider from Spider Tank 2.0. It’s roughly week 24 of the Spider Tank and Bindi is growing up fast.
