Here’s a weird one: Insomniac Games has released the Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 update 1.18 today! This patch is just 200MB, so don’t expect anything substantial in it. That said, it is weird that this got released today given the game’s been out for so long.

Developer Insomniac Games has not released any official patch notes for it yet, but once we see anything, we’ll update the post. Outside of the patch, Insomniac Games has been busy with Spidey on both PS4 and PS5. First off, in case you didn’t know, Marvel’s Spider-Man is coming to PS5! Note that this is the original one and not the Miles Morales spin-off set to release later this year. Unfortunately though, your PS4 save won’t carry over to the PS5 version.
