We’ve discussed how After Into the Spiderverse Miles accidentlly creates his Nemesis The Spot who he has to face in Across the Spider-verse, but it actually goes both ways as The Spot incidentally was the one who created Miles, meaning in a strange way he honestly created himself as well. Before the events of the first film, in Spider-Man Universe 42, Dr. Jonathan Ohnn was working on an experiment at Alchemx alongside that universe’s version of Miles Morales and other promising students and lab technicians. At this time something goes wrong and the spider gets sent to another universe, biting Miles Morales in the process and causing the events of the first film, but none of this would have been possible if not for that first experiment. Infact IF Jonathan Ohnns never made this mistake not only would his world have its own Spider-Man which Miguel Ohara tells us it doesn’t, but even the events of the second and third movie would have never had to happen, as accordion to Miguel Miles’ original peter would have survived and defeated Kingpin if he was never there, making the Entire Spider-Verse Storyline the result of one small accident by The Spot.
