How to Fix Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered FPS Drop & Stutter Problem On Windows 11/10 PC
Step 1) Turn off raytracing, DLSS & V-Sync
Step 2) Disable SMT or hyperthreading/rebar in your bios. disabling SMT (for AMD CPU) and HT (for Intel)
Step 3) Disable full screen optimizations, set in game graphics settings to “Exclusive fullscreen” and not just “Fullscreen”
Step 4) Disable steam overlay
Step 5) Use wired controller, if you can use Mouse & Keyboard
Step 6) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

AMD:
Step 7) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Verify the game files
Step 9) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 10) Close all overclocking application, remove undervolt
Step 11) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 12) Try windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
