Marvel is being sued for the rights to Spider-Man and Avengers characters like Falcon, Iron Man, Captain Marvel and more. This lawsuit is coming from the heirs of creators like Steve Ditko, co-creator of Spider-Man. Could Marvel los the rights to Spider-Man? Let me explain why that is very likely to NOT happen. Spider-Man No Way Home will be apart of Marvels Phase 4 lineup which includes The Fantastic Four, Thor Love and Thunder, Black Widow, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Black Panther 2 Wakanda Forever, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Wandavision, the loki series, Hawkeye series, Ant Man and the Wasp Quantumania, the Fantastic Four, the Eternals, Captain Marvel 2 the Marvels, Ms Marvel, She Hulk, Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Marvels What IF?
