Finally, the last video in the letter S, where we try to mop up everything that’s left. On the good side, that means Spider-Man! I have not one, not two, but three Spider-Man games to look at – all of them deserved a good look. And on the bad side, that means Superman! There have been all manner of terrible games bearing the Man of Steel’s name, and today’s shit room tries, desperately, to find a decent one. The results are fairly dispiriting.
There’s plenty of other games inbetween to boot – Sam and Max drive in with a classic adventure title, there’s hidden gems like Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo and Super Back to the Future II, lots of premier league swearing in Scarface: The World is Yours, and some titles that are just plain weird.
