Thousands of Spiders Flee Floods in Australia

Thousands upon thousands of spiders swarmed a farm in New South Wales, Australia, as they attempted to escape rising flood waters. One brave witness to the arachnid invasion told reporters, “I don’t really mind them, I grew up around and there’s always been spiders. It’s all good.” The east coast of Australia has been swamped with extreme weather, causing rivers to flood. That, in turn, has caused people, and other living things, to evacuate.
