Tiny spider-like beasties, fine cobwebs on your plant and small light spots on the leaves are signs of red spider mite.
Quarantine the plant. Remove the infected leaves and rinse the plant with cold water.
Make a mixture of water with 2% hand soap and 1% methylated spirits and spray your plant. Be sure to spray the underside of the leaves carefully as well. Repeat this once a week.
If this does not get rid of the red spider mite, try using an organic pesticide, available from any garden centre.
